The longan season is from May to August every year. Dama selects from Taiwan Tainan Dongshan longan, is baked into dry by the ancient method of earth kiln and then repeatedly boiled into a sauce by using the special processing technology. It has the rich in nutritive value and the unique sweet longan flavor. It is suitable for adding all kinds of dairy drink. The taste is rich and smooth and can eat the longan pulp, has the tangy longan aroma while eating, the flavor is endless aftertaste.
